Captain Al Gore stays with his climate change ship as it continues to sink

With all the news lately about climate change and the fraud perpetrated upon society, we all were wondering what Al Gore’s reaction was to his sinking ship. Was he still hiding in his mansion that had an electric bill that in 3o years ours never would add up to? Or was he jetting off in his private plane and paying dearly in carbon footprints.

Well, Al Gore came out from under his cloud of controversy and lo and behold, he still is sticking to his story about global warming. Ooops, I meant climate change. They changed that name after the last conference when there was record snow, didn’t they?

Al Gore decided to submit an op-ed in the New York Times titled, “We Can’t Wish Away Climate Change.” I think Al Gore is wishing he wasn’t living through a nightmare which tanks the findings in his books and education tours and sees his financial wellbeing  in the tank. But worse yet, he’s being shown as a snake oil salesman.

He states that by ignoring his viewpoint on “climate change” we are a criminal society. Excuse me, but what actual law is being broken? Is there a law that says we have to believe all this “consensus” when it’s been revealed that all opposing opinion had been tossed out of any scientific journals. Seems there’s more of a problem on Gore’s end called FRAUD.

Al Gore then goes off on some tangent about if we fight global warming [sic] we are dealing with national security. And more importantly by ridding ourselves of oil dependence, we are not sending our money overseas. And then he flips over to job security in our country.

If Al Gore had stuck to just that issue, instead of the world is going to end mantra, he would have had credibility throughout the years, but his mantra has always been how the ice caps are melting and our shore lines are decreasing rapidly. Now that it’s been shown that the planet isn’t warming at the rate he has been preaching about all these years, he has to change his tone in order to keep the Kuching in his bank account.

But the hilarious part is that Gore states that global warming shouldn’t be dismissed because of “two mistakes found” in the emails. Two mistakes? Is he serious? What are there? 150 emails showing that negative data was ignored by scientist in order to create a “consensus?” He also made light of the “mistakes” found in the study about the Himalayan study dealing with the melting rate of glaciers and then dismisses the emails as being from overworked scientists with way too many demands placed on them.

STOP WITH THE DISHONESTY!!!!

Al Gore then tries to support his dogmatic enterprise by discussing that January was the hottest month in decades. Decades? I heard that there is none of comparison, then I hear 14 years and then the second hottest month, then the 14th hottest month on record. Must be that consensus thing going on again.

Meanwhile, Gore ignores a simple weather system that has been around since the beginning of the earth…..el Nino. This has nothing to do with man’s cars, man’s backyard barbeques or even man’s flatulence. It has everything to do with WEATHER PATTERNS.

And not once in his four page diatribe, he never addressed el Nino and weather patterns but continues to hold on to the crumbling mast of his sinking ship. Seems like the Captain’s trip is almost over and the water line is at lip level and he’s gurgling away.

If There’s Anymore Global Warming, I’m Going to Freeze to Death!

The December reports came out stating that December of 2009 was the 14th coldest December in 115 years.

The average temperature in December 2009 was 30.2 F. This was -3.2 F cooler than the 1901-2000 (20th century) average, the 14th coolest December in 115 years. The temperature trend for the period of record (1895 to present) is 0.1 degrees Fahrenheit per decade.. NOAA

2.88 inches of precipitation fell in December. This was 0.65 inches more than the 1901-2000 average, the 11th wettest such month on record. The precipitation trend for the period of record (1895 to present) is 0.02 inches per decade

And forcasters are also predicting a cold snap for the next 20 to 30 years.

And let’s not forget how the Copenhagen Climate Conference had a record blizzard as Al Gore preached his religion on Global Warming. So the data is in and there’s a concensus that the earth is warming and we’re losing polar bears, etc? Tell that to the orange growers in Florida.

The Death of Cap and Trade?

At least the Senate Democrats are suddenly viewing the coffers of the United States as getting lean. Suddenly, and I do mean “suddenly” they realized that just maybe Cap and Trade legislation needs to wait………until the economy is better. Evan Bayh’s  comment to the White House was:

“We need to deal with the phenomena of global warming, but I think it’s very difficult in the kind of economic circumstances we have right now.”

But is it more concern about the economy survival or their own political survival after having passed the healthcare boondoggle? These Democrats know they have to go home to their angry constituents with at least a bone in order to even hope they have a chance at re-election (and 2010 could prove to be a pinnacle year for many).

Obama’s ambition to pass some kind of healthcare bill has done serious political harm to the liberal Congress that helped him reach is goal. So the question remains, will Obama throw those congressmen under the bus in order to complete his political agenda?
